The MAC Rotary Dumper is specifically designed to automatically remove excess acid from lead acid batteries, after formation.

Manual lifting and turning of batteries to a vent down position for acid draining is completely eliminated.

The machine’s construction is rugged and designed to withstand acid corrosion damage.

Machine features

  • Eliminates manual lifting and turning of batteries to a vent down position for acid draining
  • Battery rotating and rocking cycles range from 2 to 3 minutes, depending on set-up
  • Typical full cycling load is either twelve group 24-size batteries placed end to end, or sixteen batteries placed side to side
